Clinic INFORMATION

Perhaps your squad lives too far away to travel to one of our team camps this summer.

You can sign up for an FCA Cheer 3 Day Clinic! 

You will receive EXCELLENT instruction and a camp catered to the needs of your squad with the convenience of your schedule and facility. 

Team Huddles

Trained Christian College Huddle Leaders not only lead each squad through an amazing FCA Curriculum with their own FCA Study Bible, but they become their Mentor and Friend.

Specific to You

Since a Private Camp is less in numbers compared to a team camp we are able to cater to your squad's specific needs.

Flexibility

 We offer a 3 Day Clinic at Your School that can be adjusted to what fits best for your squad's schedule and their needs.

Step 1: MAKE A DECISION

Decide if a clinic is the right fit for you and your squad.  Right now we are offering Clinics at your school that are 3 Days. See the information below for how to proceed.

Step 2: Contact FCA Cheer

Once you’ve made your decision that a clinic is the right fit for you, decide what dates work best for you and please contact Marilou Braswell.

Step 3: Complete Reservation Form & SUBMIT DEPOSIT

Once a date has been confirmed, the head coach will need to complete the RESERVATION FORM for their squad and a contractA $100 per cheerleader Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your 3 day clinic reservation.

  • NOTE: THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST OCCUR 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP OR ALL PAYMENT WILL BE RETAINED.
  • If your numbers change before the beginning of your clinic, it is required that you let us know so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • the cost for each coach and Cheerleader to attend a clinic is $250
  • having less than 15 cheerleaders will equal a flat fee of $3,750.
  • If the clinic requires our staff to fly to your location, there could be an increase in cost.

Step 4: Register your Squad & Pay Remaining Balance

ONCE WE HAVE VERIFIED YOUR RESERVATION, A LINK WILL BE POSTED BELOW FOR YOUR clinic. 


Each cheerleader and coach will need to individually fill out the registration form and have it digitally signed by an adult, parent, or guardian if they are under the age of 18.


An individual on your squad can not attend or participate in your clinic until they have each completed the registration form. 


We recommend sending the registration link to each of your cheerleaders to individually register as they will need their parent/guardian to digitally sign the form. 


The remaining balance is due 30 DAYS prior to the beginning of the clinic.

MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR BOOKKEEPER AHEAD OF TIME.
