- Use the form to the right to register your squad.
- Register your group with your estimated numbers.
- Fill out the entire form and click "Submit". You will receive email confirmation.
Step 2: Mail In Payment
*Based on your estimated number of cheerleaders and coaches, mail in your $30 deposit per person to hold your spot.
* The balance for your group to attend camp is due 30 days prior to camp. If your numbers have declined at that point, we will apply any extra deposit(s) paid to the balance due.
* If a team or individual cancels within 2 weeks of camp, full tuition will be retained by FCA Cheer since we have to pay expenses in advance..
Step 3: Coach's Check List
Print out Coach's Check List for important guidelines and lists of what to bring to camp.
Step 4: Waiver Forms
Print out enough Waiver Forms for each cheerleader and coach to complete.
