Bethany D'Alessandro

My name is Bethany D'Alessandro, and I was born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. I graduated from Athens Christian School in 2012, and I now attend Georgia Gwinnett College. I used to be a competitive gymnast, but then I cheered all through high school as well as last year in college. I'm majoring in Exercise Science and am planning on going into children's sports medicine or therapy. Through 2 shoulder surgeries and multiple sports rehab programs, I know God has called me to help others in that field, to show God's healing and faithfulness even in times of struggle. I have always had a heart for girls. Attending in the FCA cheer camps in high school and being a huddle leader a couple summers ago, showed me first hand how much of an impact even just one week of the summer can have on a girl's life, physically, emotionally, and spiritually; and even how much God uses some of the girls to bless us as well. Cheerleading has been a big part of my life, and I would love to help make this summer an experience girls will never forget. I would love to teach for FCA to be fully committed to be a part of God's plan for this summer. We would not only be teaching girls excellence in cheerleading, but also teaching and showing the love of Christ. I cant wait to see what He has planned, and I know it's going to be greater than we can imagine
